WEBSITES
Create a positive lasting impression
To attract and engage the ever growing base of online users, websites are being created at a rapid pace. There are now over 2 billion and to stand out in this crowded web space, you need to understand consumer behaviours and expectations.
There are only seconds to attract potential clients so understanding your audience is very important. We take the time to explore the objectives of your online investment, advising on your brand and messaging.
Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and trends in web design is vital and all our WordPress sites are optimised for mobile devices as well as desktops. We ensure great design, content, loading speeds and easy navigation.
We have created a Rough Guide to how we project manage a brochure site but we also design and build more complex ecommerce sites.
Through a great looking website, you can improve your company brand and let people know who you are and what you do.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Social media keeps your brand in front of clients and prospects. It helps your colleagues feel part of a great team (and stay up to date with key campaigns too).
It can also help you promote a campaign to a specific set of people.
Think about how important social media is in your own day-to-day life. You see it does work for B2B marketing.
EMAILERS
Easy to set up and very cost effective
Make sure every email comes across as personalised and relevant. Start by dividing your audience into different groups, and create different messages for each one, which you can slot into the template. Images matter as much as words.
Timing is also important. Regular emailers are a good way to remind your contacts that you are in business. Use analytics to help you build on what works best when you’re sending regular messages.
When did you last cleanse your data? New data protection laws will take effect in Europe next year. Good practice will become law: permission, relevance and accuracy. Make sure you are taking the right steps now to be compliant. Just give us a call if you would like to talk it over.
We have run email campaigns for clients within a few hours. So you can put an offer to your clients pretty much in real time.

Remember how many flyers, invitations and gifts you used to get through the post? We receive so few these days, a well-designed direct mail campaign can stand out very nicely.
Don’t forget Direct mail in your marketing strategy, it can make a real impact.
EVENTS
When you are running an event, don’t ignore opportunities to market yourself more widely
Do you know who’s attending? Of those, who are your most important prospects?
Find out. Arrange to meet them at the event. It’s much easier to get five minutes of a busy person’s time than an hour’s formal meeting. And much easier to schedule this in advance than on the ground.
If you’re part of an exhibition, make your stand inviting. Give people a reason to come and talk to you. Think about competitions or other incentives. Capture the contact details of people you speak to. Ask for business cards or scan their delegate passes.
Finally, don’t forget to follow up with your contacts after the event. No really, that happens.
We always remind our clients to plan well ahead when they have an event coming up. It’s easy to forget that pre-event emails, editorials and social media updates are simple, practical ways to share something with a wider audience.
